Joe Cooper holds a B.S. degree in Art Education and M.S. Degree in Crafts and Joseph Cooper received a B.S. in Art Education at Pennsylvania State3 University at Edinboro and his M.S. at New York State University at New Paltz with a major in 3-D Design. He has 33 years of teaching experience in Pennsylvania and New York. He currently resides in Naples, Florida and teaches with Frank del la Roche at the Bonita Springs Art Center and the Art League of Marco Island.
